Omgeving is using MS Navision to support its back office, financial processes. The current system has reached its limits and needs an upgrade. Omgeving wants to take this opportunity to update and improve its processes and launch a selection procedure to define a future bullet-proof solution for most of its business and administrative processes.

This project consisted of guidance in improving financial processes and making them ready for an IT implementation (Odoo). There were three phases to the project:

1. a quick audit of the the accounting, controlling and resource planning processes
2. implement quick wins in each process
3. guide an IT tool selection process (preparation to procurement): tooling + service provider
